Brief description of Radio Romania

The Romanian Radio Broadcasting Corporation broadcast for the first time on the 1st of November 1928. Since 1987 RBC has braodcast under the name Radio Romania and it has a 4 channel structured base:
Romania News Channel broadcasts 24 hours a day on medium and short waves and on FM. It is focused on news and political and social-economic information.
Romania Cultural Channel broadcasts 16 hours a day between 8:00 - 24:00 on medium waves and on FM. Literaly, scientific and music news and events are the topics that this channel approaches.
Romania Youth Channel broadcasts stereo 17 hours a day between 8:00 - 1:00 am. It is a radio that represents the yound generation, listens to them and launches a challenge to all kinds if interdictions.
Romania Musical Channel broadcasts 16 hours a day between 8:00 - 24:00 on FM. It's target audience is the public who loves symphonic, vocal-symphonic, camera, opera, ballet or jazz music.
